This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tuts is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below). Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 5, black, 50. Delete the original template layer. Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

10 & 11- paper 17

9- paper 18

7- paper 21

6- paper 10

5- paper 18

4- paper 22

3- paper 9

2- paper 15

1- paper 19

-Make 12 active. Alpha to selection. Open paper 24. Add alpha channel. Invert & delete. Filters>Decor>Add Bevel. Uncheck work on copy and use default settings. Select>Shrink 1. Open paper 14 and move below current layer. Add alpha channel. Delete. Select none. Repeat drop shadow.

Make layer 8 active. Select the magic wand. While pressing shift on your keyboard, click inside the 1st and 3rd rectangles. Open paper 23. Add alpha channel. Invert & delete. Open tube. Place in 1st rectangle. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Place duplicate in the 3rd rectangle. Make the top tube layer active. Layer>Merge Down (to merge the 2 tube layers together). Delete. Change the mode to overlay. Layer>New Layer. Invert. Change foreground color to abaf5a. Select the bucket fill tool and fill selection. Shrink 3. Select none. Filters>Noise>RGB Noise. Change all sliders (except alpha) to 0.35. Repeat drop shadow. Repeat this for the remaining rectangles on layer 8. Use paper 20 and bucket fill ddc9b0.

-Open tube. Move below the wordart layer in layer box. Layer>Scale Layer 85%. Place towards the left side of tag. Repeat drop shadow. Duplicate. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change the mode to soft light.
