This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tuts is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

PTU kit Making Believe from Sweet Cravings Scraps

Mask 208 from weescotslass

Fonts- Firefly Castle & MTF Cutie Patootie

-File>New 600x600 px.

-Open frame 1. Layer>Scale Layer 65%. Select the magic wand. Click inside frame. Select>Grow by 5. Open paper 14. Move paper layer below frame layer in layer box. Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on keyboard. Select>None. Make frame layer active. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 2, black, 50.

-Open frame 3. Make the top layer. Scale 25%. Place frame to the bottom right og oval frame. Add paper 10 to this frame )repeat steps above). Repeat drop shadow on frame layer.

-Open frame 3 again. Scale 20%. Top layer. Place to the left of other pink frame. Add paper 18 to frame. Repeat drop shadow on frame.

-Open swirl 1. Move this layer above the white oval frame layer in layer box. Select the rotate tool and click canvas. In the angle box put -90. Scale 65%. Place at the bottom of tag. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open swirl 2. Rotate -90. Scale 70%. Place at the bottom of tag. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open frame 2. Make the bottom layer. Place to the right. Layer>Layer To Image Size. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Select the flip tool and click canvas, to flip frame. Repeat drop shadow on both of these frames.

-Open cute princess 2. Make the top layer. Scale 50%. Place to the left of tag. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open paper 13. Make the bottom layer. Apply mask. Click HERE to learn how to use masks.

-Select the text tool. Change the font to Firefly Castle, Size: 55, foreground color: 32970. Click canvas and type 'Pretty Princess'. Place text near bottom of tag. Layer to Image Size. Filters>Noise>RGB Noise. Change all sliders (except alpha) to 0.50. Layer>Transparency>Alpha To Selection. Grow by 2. Layer>New Layer. Move new layer below text layer. Change foreground to 99addb. Select the bucket fill tool and fill selection. Select none. Add drop shadow of 0, 0, 5, black, 100.

-Add your name with the MTF Cutie Patootie font. Also add copyright.
