-File>New 600x600 px.

-Open frame 4. Layer>Scale Layer 75%. Select the magic wand and click inside frame. Select>Grow by 5. Open paper 5. Move paper layer below frame layer in layer box. Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on keyboard. Selec>None. Make the frame layer active. Filters>light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 2, black, 50.

Open frame 2. Make the top layer. Scale 35%. Place in the middle of other frame. While press shift, click inside the top 1st box & bottom 2nd box of frame. Add paper 4 (repeat above). Select none. Using the magic wand click in the other 2 boxes of frame and add paper 6. Repeat drop shadow on frame layer.

-Open element 84. Make the top layer. Scale 65%. Place to the right side of tag. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open element 33. Move this layer below the green frame layer. Place element in 1st box of green frame. Select the eraser and erase any parts of the snail sticking outside the 1st box. Repeat drop shadow. Add element 28 in the 2nd box and element 26 to the 3rd box (see mine).

-Make the top layer active. Select the text tool. Font: Janda Quirkygirl,Size: 50, Foreground color: ddc73b. Click canvas and type Backyard Friends. Place text at the bottom center of tag. Layer>Layer To Image Size. Layer>New Alyer. Move new layer below text layer. Change foreground to 6a7836. Select the bucket fill tool and fill selection. Select none. Filters>Noise>RGB Noise. Change all sliders (except alpha) to 0.30. Repeat drop shadow.

-Add name with Of Wildflowers and Wings font. Also add copyright (if needed).
