This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance any other tut is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

Supplies:

Gimp or program of choice

Tube of choice. I am using the art of Tatjana Art. You must have a license to use these tubes. Purchase the one I used at The PSP Project.

FTU kit Vintage Valentine from Tasha's Playground 

Mask- 350 from weescotslass

Fonts- AlexBrush & Great Vibes

-File>New 650 x 650 px.

-Open frame 3. Select the rotate tool and click canvas. In the angle box put 90. Layer>Scale Layer 85%.  Place center of canvas. Select the fuzzy select tool. Click inside frame. Select>Grow 5. Open paper 2. Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Scale 75%. Place in selection. Select>Invert. Press delete on keyboard. Select>None. Make the frame active. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 5, black, 50.

-Open tube. Make the top layer. Scale 70%. Place on frame. Repeat drop shadow. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change mode to hard light and lower opacity to 25. Duplicate. Change mode to screen.

-Open leaf. Move below tube layers. Place to the bottom right of tag. Duplicate. Layer>Layer to Image Size. Select the flip tool and flip duplicate leaf. Merge both leaf layers together (Layer>Merge Down). Repeat drop shadow.

-Open flower 3. Move above leaf layers. Scale 40%. Place on the center of leaf. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open frame 2. Make the bottom layer. Rotate 80. Place center of tag. Add paper 3 to frame (repeat above). Repeat drop shadow on frame. I erased the part of this frame and paper that was below the tube.

-Open paper 1. make the bottom layer. Add alpha channel. Apply mask. Click HERE to learn how to use masks in Gimp.Lower opacity to 40..

-Make the top layer active. Select the font/text tool. Font: AlexBrush Size: 55 Foreground Color: white. Click canvas and type 'Dare to dream'. Place text bottom right of tag. Layer>Transparency>Alpha To Selection. Grow 1. Layer>New Layer. Move new layer below text layer. Change foreground color to 363621. Select the bucket fill tool and fill selection. Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 2, black, 50.

-Add name with the Great Vibes font. Also add copyright and you're done!!
