Supplies:

Gimp or program of choice

PTU kit Hot Winter from Tasha's Playground. You can purchase this kit exclusively at Scraps And The City.

Tube of choice. I am using the matching tube for this kit from Jose Cano. You must have a license to use these tubes. You can purchase his tubes at Scraps And The City.

Template 108 from Addictive Templates

Mask 98 from weescotslass

Font- Send Flowers

-Open template. Delete credits. Image>Scale Image 450x450 px. Image>Canvas Size 600x600 px and click center.

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below).  Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 5, black, 40. Delete the original template layer. Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

copy of raster 2- paper 7

raster 2- paper 11

raster 3- paper 13

raster 7- paper 4

-Open frame 5. Make the top layer. Layer>Scale Layer 45%. Place on the circle at bottom left of tag. Open tube. Make the top layer. Scale 60%. Place tube on frame. Layer>Duplicate>Layer. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change the mode to screen. Layer>Merge down to merge the 2 tube layers together. Duplicate again. Move duplicate below the frame in the layer box. Make the frame layer active. Select the magic wand and click insdie the frame. Select>Grow 5. Make the dupliacte tube active (tube under the frame). Invert & delete. Select none. Make the top tube active. Repeat drop shadow. Merge down-merginf the tube with the frop shadow. Select the eraser and erase the legs of the top tube.
