Tube of choice. I am using the art of Bonnie's Creations. You must have a license to use these tubes. You can purchase the one I used at The PSP Project.

Template 122 from Divine Intentionz. Scroll dow a little and you will see her template downloads on the left side.
Mask 209 from Weescotslass
Font- Quickier

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below). Layer>Scale Layer 500x500 px. Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 2, black, 50. Delete the original template layer. Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

Move duplicate tube layer under the frame layer in the layer box. Make the frame active. Select the free select tool. Make a square selection on the frame. Invert. Make the duplicate tube active. Delete. Select none. Make the original tube active. Repeat drop shadow. Layer>Merge Down (to merge tube with drop shadow).
