PTU kit from KnC Scrapz called Teal Petal. You can purchase this kit at Lollipops N Gumdrops HERE

Tube of choice. I am using Pinuptoons. You must have a license to use these tubes. You can purchase them from CDO HERE

Template- Beautiful Girl from Crazy Cakes Scraps HERE

Mask 187 from weescotslass HERE

Font- Prelude FLF Bold

Let's begin!

-Open template. Delete credits. Image>Scale Image 450x450 pixels. Image>Canvas Size 600x600 pixels and click center.

-Let's add papers to the template layers. Make the template layer active (see below). Right click template layer in layer box and choose alpha to selection. Open paper (see below). Right click paper layer in layer box and choose add alpha channel. Layer>Scale Layer by 60%.Select>Invert. Press delete on your keyboard. Select>None. Delete the original template layer.Here are the template layers and which papers I used:

2- paper 4 Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 2, black, 50

3- paper 8 Filters>Repeat Drop Shadow

4- paper 9 repeat drop shadow

5- paper 3 repeat drop shadow

6- paper 10

7- paper 1 repeat drop shadow

8- paper 5 repeat drop shadow

9- paper 6 repeat drop shadow

-Make ccswordart layer active. Colors>Colorize on default. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open frame 1. Scale 50%. Place above big teal circle (see mine) in layer box. Repeat drop shadow. Open frame 1 again. Scale 38%. Place above yellow paper. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open tube. Move above the yellow paper layer. Place in frame (on top of yellow paper). Erase parts of the tube sticking outside the frame. Change the mode of the tube to overlay.

-Open tube again. Move below text in layer box. Scale 75%. Move to the left side of tag. Repeat drop shadow. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change the mode to soft light and lower the opacity to 70.

-Open paper 4. Move to the bottom layer. Apply mask. Click HERE to learn how to use masks.
