PTU tut- Sitting Pretty

This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tuts is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.
 Supplies:
Gimp or program of choice
PTU kit I dream of Genie from Gimptastic Scraps. You can purchase this kit exclusively at The PSP Project.
Tube of choice. I am using the art of Di Halim. You must have a proper license to use these tubes. You can purchase them at PFD.
Mask- 194 from weescotslass
Font- Before The Rain
-File>New 650x650 px.
-Open tube. Layer>Scale Layer 45%. Place towards the right side of canvas. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 5, black, 50. Layer>Duplicate Layer. Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur on default. Change the mode to soft light and lower the opacity to 60.
-Open frame 3. Make the bottom layer in the layer box. Place in center of canvas. Select the fuzzy select tool (magic wand). Click inside the frame. Select>Grow 5. Open paper 4. Move below frame layer. Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on keyboard. Open tube. Place in selection to the right. Duplicate. Scoot duplicate a little to the left. Duplicate again and move to the left. Merge these 3 tubes together (Layer>Merge Down). Delete. Select>None. Change the mode to screen. Repeat drop shadow on frame layer. I erased anything sticking below the tube.
-Open frame 2. Make the bottom layer. Place to the left side of tag. With the magic wand click inside the frame. Grow 5. Open paper 9. Move below this frame layer. Add alpha channel. Invert & delete. Select none. Repeat drop shadow on frame. I deleted anything sticking below the tube.
-Open frame 2 again. Make the bottom layer. Select the rotate tool and click canvas. In the angle box put 90. Place to the right side of tag. Add paper 6 to this frame (repeat steps above). Repeat drop shadow on frame. Delete anything below the tube.
