This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance any other tut is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only, using it for monetary gain is against our TOU's.

Gimp or program of choice
PTU kit Rotate from Gimptastic Scraps. Purchase this kit exclusively at The PSP Project.
Tube of choice. I am using the matching tube for the kit from KiwiFireStorm. You must have a license to use these tubes. Purchase the one I used at The PSP Project.
Fonts- Xtreem Thin Demo, Jive & LD Jilly Nilly

-File>New 650 x 650 px.

-Open frame 5. Layer>Scale Layer 75%. Place center of canvas. Using the fuzzy select tool (magic wand), click inside the top part of frame. Select>Grow 3. Open paper 4. Move paper layer below frame layer in the layer box. Place paper in the selection. Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel. Select>Invert. Press delete on keyboard. Open tube. Place in selection to the left.. Layer>Duplicate. Place in selection toward the middle. Duplicate and place in selection at the right. Merge all the tube layers together (Layer>Merge Down). Delete. Select>None. Change the mode to screen. Repeat for the 2 remaining part of frame. I used papers 5 & 8. make the frame layer active. Filters>Light & Shadow>Drop Shadow 2, 2, 5, black, 50.

-Open frame 4. Make the bottom layer. Scale 90%. Place center of tag. Click inside frame using the magic wand. Grow 5. Open paper 6. Move below frame. Add alpha channel. Invert & delete. Select none. Repeat drop shadow on frame.

-Open frame 6. make the top layer. Scale 75%. Place center of tag. Click inside using magic wand. Grow 5. Open paper 10. Add alpha channel. Move below frame. Invert & delete. Open tube. Place in selection. Duplicate. Make duplicate the top layer. Make the original tube active. Delete. Select none. Make the duplicate tube active. Repeat drop shadow. Merge shadow and tube. Select the eraser tool and erase bottom of tube to it looks like she is sticking outside of the frame.

-Make the top layer active. Select the font tool. Font: Xtreem Thin Demo  Size: 55  Foreground Color: f06ea8. Click canvas and type 'One F nger'. It is supposed to be finger, I left out the i on purpose (you will see why). Place text at the top right of tag. Filters>Noise>RGB Noise on default. Layer>Transpareny>Alpha To Selection. Grow 1. Layer>New Layer. Move new layer below text layer. Change foreground to black. Select the bucket fill tool and fill selection. New Layer. Move below black filled layer. Grow 1. Bucket fill with white. Select none. Repeat drop shadow.

-Open finger element. Scale 35 %. Move below text layers. This will be our 'i' in the word finger, so place this where the 'i' was supposed to be. Repeat drop shadow.

-Make top layer active. Select font/text tool. Font: Jive, Size: 65, Foreground: black. Click canvas and type 'SALUTE'. Place below other text. Alpha to selection. Grow 1. New layer. Move new layer below this text layer. Bucket fill with same pink. Repeat noise. Select none. Repeat drop shadow.

-Add name with LD Jilly Nilly font. Also add copyright and you're done!!
